@crinrict Hey Y’all so i figured it out finally lol. I was placing the window on the second floor and was hoping they could get out by stepping on the “roof” yea turns out you can’t. I actually deleted my roof from that One area and the sims immediately started using the EZ exit window. So if you want it on the second floor you gotta get creative with your “roof” design lol
