@crinrict, I am getting the teeth option if I create an infant from scratch in CAS.
I don't use cheats so I didn't do the cas.fulleditmode.
- @PhoenixScorpion Did you try the Change Sim option on the mirror instead of plan outfit ?
Yes, I am getting the teeth option when I use change sim. Is that how I should have been doing it all along?
- @PhoenixScorpion Plan outfit is for changing clothing/Hair and accessory. With the Vampire patch they introduced Change Sim so you can edit some of the features as well without a cheat.
So think about it this way: If it's about fashion, use plan outfit, if it's about the appearance, use Change Sim (although there are some things that you can't do without cheats like changing traits, age or body form) or just use Change Sim all the time cause that gives you all the options :D @crinrict I didn't think of it like that but it makes so much sense.
