Script mods

Hi,

I am having a problem here . I've have the newest update for all the script mods that I use and my household still won't load for some reason .

The mods listed here are working fine ! when I just play with those

**bleep** LittleMsSam Lumpinou XMLInjector Betterexceptions Pose player MCComand Center UI Cheats

For some reason Lot51 is causing a conflict and I literally have the newest update. Pandasama also is causing an error and they just updated today ! I am so confused . When i take those out somik and servina cookbook is an error and that isnt even a script mod . I'm just wondering why those script mods are not working when I have the updated version .

  • cvlewis95 A few different issues here: Script mods aren't the only mods that cause household loading errors.

Removing a cooking/recipe mod can block household loading if there's food from that mod on the lot or in a Sim's inventory in that household. See Mod/CC Issues master post for other mod-removal household-loading issues.

Better Exceptions is currently giving false readings on the cause of an error. Read the actual last exception file that the game creates.

Double check that you don't also have old files for the mods you updated.

I'm happy to look at a last exception report and list of your mods -- see the end of How to Use Mods and CC for how to generate one -- but I might not be able to until Sunday or so.

it was somik and servina cookbook lol. i took it out and it worked .

  • My scrips mods aren't working as well. I have updated them for the ones that have updated and those scrips mods won't work. Whenever I look at the list of mods when I first open the game scrips mods is blank. I have the MCComans Center, UI Cheats, and Lumpinou that don't work. I have also clicked repair on ea but it still doesn't show scrip mods no matter what I do.

Just going to note now that you had a number mods that weren't confirmed compatible with the patch or updated. Cookbook mods can be finicky on households you've used them in before. The cookbook mod itself - I just tested it - doesn't block household loading, and neither does the cookbook object.

Okay I will keep testing it and see! thank you! I really didn't want to take out the cookbook . I  just found it strange when I took it out everything loaded . Do you have any recommendations on what I should take out ?
