sims 4 stuck on loading screen after clicking household

Question

every time i click on a household to play them, no matter if I make a new one or play an old one I get stuck in an infinite loading screen. I don't know if this is related but the UI itself is moving at super speed, for example, the loading icon goes super fast, and whenever I click on a season whatever the overlay is starts going super quick.

Has anyone else had this issue and found the problem?

@tuttifrooty  Are you using mods/cc ? If so, did you test without them ?

hi yes i do but i did 50/50 and both halves worked fine and the loading screen wasn't an issue

@tuttifrooty Sounds like you have conflicting mods/cc then.

Do you have any LastException files in your documents folder ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.
