Sims not aging in sims 4

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.397.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except Modern Menswear Kit and Throwback Fit Kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I found it just by playing the game
What happens when the bug occurs? My sims are not aging, their age bars do not move at all and there isn't birthdays in the calendar
What do you expect to see? My sims actually being able to age
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
My sims do not age. I made the female sim after the infant update, added the male sim to my household and they got pregnant and had a baby. After the release of the patch, I played them more but started to notice that no one was aging. I checked the Simology and looked at the bar that normally shows how many days till the next age up and its blank and doesn't say anything when you hover over it. This happens with all 3 of my sims.
