Social event menu blank

Hey! So my social events thingy doesn’t work, it’s blank. I took out all my mods and my local thumbcache but it’s still blank. Dunno what to do, anyone got any tips? I’m trying to finish the grim rea...

@AmandineVR Try also deleting the file called accountDataDB.package. The game will remake it. Also try a new save.

    Hi! I tried this, didn’t work sadly, I still get the blank social events screen

      @AmandineVR Please try this:

      1. Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop, or rename it.
      2. Run a Game Repair
      3. Launch Sims 4 and check if it's working now

      If it is, copy your save files into the new Saves folder and try those.
