Traveling causes entire lot to disappear

@lyleejane420 I gave it a small test. No error codes and when trying to place a house, it stays there.
I'm not sure if I'm testing the correct things so what I tried
1. Loaded your Sim in Sulani. There was no house.
2. Loaded another family in Sulani. There was a house so I took them to cas. House still there. Traveled with them to Glimmerbrook and back. House still there
3. Back to your single household, placed a random lot from the gallery. Traveled. Back. House still there.
4. Moved in a random sim that wasn't living anywhere.into a random rental lot and visited them. They were living there
5. Save the game
6. Exit game
7. Reload Game
8. Everything is as I last left it.
9. Also didn't see any lots turn into residential rental.
So, basically, I think I can't duplicate. Is there anything else I should test ?
What security software are you using ?

What security software are you using ?
I have since checked and all problems are still happening. I used my geforce to record my screenplay and use the text box for cheats to communicate certain things I was doing. I have uploaded the video to this google drive so you can check it out.

- @lyleejane420 So I checked out your video and to me it looks like the main issue is that the lot turns into a residential rental. That particular lot can't even be turned into on regularly.
If you try to change the lot into residential rental, do you have that option ?
I know you said you removed your mods/cc but did you ever try renaming your user folder ?I do not see that as the main problem because even when I build the house on a normal residential lot it still disappears. I could deal with everything being a rental if it didn't disappear. And in that video at 2:55 when I placed the house from the gallery it did change and I did change it back to normal residential. If it stays that way I wouldn't know because after traveling or going into CAS it disappears the house. No I didn't change the name of my mods folder because I have never used mods I don't like them I didn't know this thread was more mod/cc issues. It 100% my fault I clicked the wrong one so I have since posted in both. I just tried changing the name of it and it didn't change anything. Thank you again for continuing to try and help me! Do you know how to get in touch with ea support if we can't get this fixed? Because I get stuck in the loop every time I try to make a case.
@lyleejane420 Didn't you say everything turns into residential rental ? If that happens, the game could very well be just removing the house cause it doesn't know what lot type it's supposed to be.
User folder reset doesn't necessarily have anything to do with mods/cc issues. It's just renaming the entire user folder and getting rid of stuff.
I would suggest to try that next (see instructions below)
This isn't just for mod issues, it's also for game issue. The tech forum is more for technical issues.
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair your game again
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
