Endless Save on Specific Lot After Placing Lot From Gallery

The 40x30 Coorinberg Cottage lot in Windenburg has been giving me an infinite save screen (no crash) after placing gallery lots. I've tried everything to fix it including placing different lots, bulldozing, saving, reloading then placing. Nothing seems to fix it. It always ends in an infinite loading screen.

No mods in game of any kind!
