Re: [MOD RELATED] Electronics, Lights, Appliances disappear on Load

It's happened twice now. Each time I send a sim off lot, and I return to the home lot, all of the appliances and some furniture are missing. I suspect it may be the items that my sims upgraded. 

PC - Mods - Live Mode - Build & Buy - Upgraded items missing after returning to home lot. 

• Fridge, sinks, toilets, bath/shower, countertop appliances, security system, computers. Anything that had been upgraded
• They did not go to inventory/household storage - they are gone. 
• I play with mods, though none of the appliances were CC or had any scripted upgrades, only in game alterations. 
• I'm playing in Henford on Bagley, and both times returned from Innisgreen. Both times were the same sim. 
• The first time it happened was about a week ago, and I exited without saving to try to avoid corruption, and hadn't played since. This time it happened just now. 

I'm going to exit without saving, and not play until there's an update.
