I recommend installing Better Exceptions by TwistedMexi if you don't have it already. The mod will run tests to see what is conflicting or causing glitches and crashes.
Tried it, the only conflict it detected with basemental was “more icons for clubs” and I tried removing it - didn’t help (plus I had icons mod forever and it never conflicted with basemental so I knew it wasn’t an issue)
