@melanieofficial2 Are you using custom content or mods in your game ? If so, have you tried removing those ?
Try removing everything and see if it then works.

- @melanieofficial2 Is this a particular house/lot you have issues with or just generally the entire save ? Does it also happen on another save ?
Have you tried a game repair ?
Can you place items ?
