Booted to xbox home page!

I have a xbox one that I play sims 4 on and for some reason EVERY time I play, I see my loading screen and it's almost all the way loaded then it goes black and I'm at the xbox home page. I've done so much to fix it and nothing is working. Just bought 3 sims packs to add to my game and I can't play! Please someone help!
