Built restraunt on dine out but wont let me buy it
I have just bought “Dine out” on sims 4 on my PS4. I built my restraunt and replaced the park in the “city living” area. When i go to buy my restraunt it says that i cant buy an already owned or occupied residents. No one owns the restraunt and i dont play with any other families. I even deleted the other families, destroyed the building and replaced it from my libary but nothing is working. I started a new game and that family cant own it either. It is so fustrating! Someone please help me! Is it because i replaced the park? Do i need to place my restraunt elsewhere? Is this a bug in the game?
