Can’t claim already earned rewards.

I had earned most if not all rewards for the “Blast From the Past” event. I was unfortunately unable to claim towards the end of the event. The event wasn’t over and I would keep getting an error message stating that I was offline even though I was not..

I know that the event has already ended, but I was wondering if there is any way to claim those rewards that I had already earned, but was unable to claim at the time of the event?

I’m really bummed out that I was unable to claim these! I was looking forward to getting the rewards that I spent a lot of time and effort for!

I also don’t know how to submit a support ticket for this if anyone is able to help with either or both problems I would greatly appreciate it! 🙏
