Can’t see game passes etc

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue? (PS4)

I cannot see anything from the new marketplace update, this is also making an issue because I can’t buy any new expansion packs as I can’t see them 🥹

Ive now updated the new update and seems like it isn’t fixed and I use a disc so I took that out reinserted it, restarted my console etc and nothing.

was just wondering if it was just me, something the sims has done or many people are experiencing it?
