I wanted to play sims4 on the PS5 and logged in with my Account, where I bought lota of Packa over the years. But I can‘t download them, it says that I don‘t own it. I‘m sure that it is the correct Account because I just checked on my Laptop.
When I open one of the Packs I only have the Option to buy it.
What could be the problem and how can I solve it?
I remember Lilsimsie got this issue but on PC - I believe she uninstalled EA app and reinstalled it to be able to see but it was a few times she had to do it, I don't know if this works in PS5 since it is easy to save the save-files on a PC so I would not advice test this without being 100% sure your save-files arent gone..... I don't remember which video but I know she had the issue one time.
Sims 4 DLC doesn't transfer between platforms, meaning that if you own packs for PC, that doesn't give you the ability to run them on console, or vice versa. Each purchase is only for the one platform.
