Can’t get into my account on PS5
Everything says that if you game option < other and you’ll see that you can link your account but it doesn’t show up. There is no button to link my EA account on PS5. And I can’t get all of my packs from my account

If you haven't already, please link your PS5 and EA accounts by following the steps on this page. You should be prompted to sign in to your EA account upon opening the Sims 4 on your console, but if not, you can link the accounts through your EA account page.
Do be careful when linking, as EA accounts operate on a lifetime policy: each EA account can link only one PSN account during its lifetime. You won't be able to link a different PSN account to the same EA account, so make sure you have the right one!
Regarding your packs, please check your order history on the platform where you purchased them (EA or console account). If they aren't there, then you've likely signed in to the wrong account. You'll need to play using the account with those packs to have them show up in-game. Please note that packs are tied to the platform account and only accessible within the ecosystem they were purchased on.
