Can I download my sims 4 packs on a new ps4

My ps4 is pretty old and I am going to have to replace it soon but I am wondering if I will have the packs I bought on the new playstation or will I have to repurchase them? Will they stay attached to my account just like the base game will stay in my library for download or do they just disappear? I couldn't find an answer anywhere and just wanted to see if it is even possible.
