Cannot connect to gallery or network sims 4 ps4
Hi I am struggling connecting to gallery on sims 4 ps4. It says no internet connection. I went back to home page options and tried it there but it says cannot connect error code 3. I have checked the ps4 connection and it is on I tested it on ps4 web browser and internet connection is working perfectly. My game is updated to latest version. Can someone please advise? Not had this problem before. Thanks
Let's try the following steps:
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
- Verify that your PlayStation Plus membership is currently active
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Restore the Licenses on your console
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
