Can't change aspirations PS4

I can't change my Sims aspirations. When I open the aspirations menu I cannot navigate to the top categories section. I've only been having this issue since today, I recently downloaded the new update. I also only have the base game on PS4 no paid dlcs. I even tried making a new game with new sims and had the same problem as with my established ones.
