Cats and dog bundle disappeared

I bought the sims cats and dogs bundle and out of nowhere it disappeared off of my Xbox and so did island living but I bought that separately, I went on the Microsoft store and it says now that cats ...

Hi @Naomi110011 

If you own these packs already, you can download them and access these packs by following these steps:

  • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
  • Press the Menu button on the controller
  • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
  • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

Please let me know if these steps don't help!

    @EA_Solaire I’m having the same issue. I have both packs installed properly but it still won’t let me use the “my pet stuff” pack

    @EA_Solaire My game is also up to date and I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling
