Are you playing with the disk version of the bundle or did you purchase this bundle directly from the Xbox store on your console?
If you purchased digitally, please verify that you're seeing the transaction history for this bundle in your Xbox account's purchase history.

No it’s not, the disk will not work all of a sudden so I have to play the base game straight from the Microsoft store. But I’ve been doing that for awhile but cats and dogs still disappeared
Community ManagerIf you own Cats & Dogs on disk, the disk needs to be inserted into your console in order to access and play the pack.
Please try a full uninstall and reinstall of the base game and all your DLC, let me know if you can access your pack then.
