City living won’t work ps5

After the most recent update on PS5 I saw that city living has been added to my account (I did not purchase it). It says "download to use"  and when I try to download it, it says "something went wrong" with a ps5 error code of CE-109367-6 .

I'm unsure as if this pack being added to my account is a glitch or if it is a gift with the new update but regardless it isn't working so I can't use it

Hey All, I'm not sure how this works, as this is my first message on the platform.

My current issue is that I'm having complications reinstalling the 'City Living' Expansion Pack. I have at least 50 hours played with this expansion pack. I am on console - PS5.

- When I try redownloading this pack, the error code I get is CE-109367-6 which means that it's reading as unpurchased.

- As I stated before, I have at least 50 hours using this pack and it was purchased on my current and ONLY account that I playing sims on. 

- This issue occured in late November 2024 and I STILL haven't been able to play in my world since.

- I have the transaction ID and Date of the purchase to verify.

I've tried a number of things including:

- Uninstalling and reinstalling the game

- Restoring the licenses for my games and in store purchases

- Removing the other expansion pack I had gotten as a promo 'Island Living' and only attempting to download 'City Living'.

- Deleting the game storage for the game and pulling the cloud data. Reinstalling the game afterwards.

The only plausible outcome I can think of is EA going in to restore my purchase for me after verifying my Transaction ID. If anyone has anything helpful to add I'd be super appreciative! Thank you in advance!🙏🏾

I installed City Living when it was free on Playstation+ a few months ago, but after I installed Island Living, non of the City Living items are popping up, it won't even let me access the City Living world. The game says it's installed, but it’s not letting me access anything.

This thread explains about this. You need to purchase it you want to keep playing it.

Did u ever get an answer for this because I’m now having the same issue

A few months ago, my city living pack randomly got deleted from my game. I play PS4 + PS5 and this is an issue on both consoles. Every time I try to reinstall the pack, it either doesn’t give me the option, or it says I already have it installed. When I go to look at it in the store, it says I already own the pack. I’ve tried getting in contact with PlayStation support, and no one was able to help me. Does anyone know of any way I could possibly fix this? 

Sorry for the incredibly delayed response. I’m just now seeing this. Shutting off the PS5 didn’t change anything. I’ve tried getting in contact with PlayStation customer service about this, and they weren’t even able to help. I’ve tried pretty much any method I could get my hands on, and nothing has worked. 

I own city living but it won't let me play it on my sims. It says I don't own it, but when I go to PlayStation store it says I already own it.
