I’m having a bit of trouble with the gallery on console. I’ve connected my EA account to my PSN and when i go to my account it says they’re connected but the gallery doesn’t show up :/ It just shows the same thing i’ve always seen before the console update. What do i do?
The same problem is happening for me. I've tried going to game options too and there is no option to link/sign in with EA. I also don't have grimm's ghoulish guitar which is making me think that I haven't signed in. But even when I sign in with EA on my phone it says that it is connected with PSN. I have no idea what to do please help us!
Ok so I just talked to EA help. they say...
1) restart your ps4
2) do any necessary updates
3) log back into the game and see if you are still having issues
if you are still having problems then i suggest you contact ea help.
Have you had any issues accessing online gallery or uploading to online gallery?
For me the upload cloud is missing, and I'm unable to upload, only save to "my gallery".
