Constantly getting error code 0 and save files deleting

Question

I play on xboxI am constantly and consistently getting error code 0 when I try to save so much so that I am afraid to open any of my other save files so they won't get corrupted and deleted.&nbsp;At first I believed it was the taking photos bc it would happened often after having sims take photos so I stopped and was able to save but this fix would only work for a few days. Before getting the error code 0 again.&nbsp;Playing without being able to take photos lowered my want to play bc I enjoyed taking photos of specific events and milestones with my sims.&nbsp;Tonight was the worst I opened my gameafter work and the last save I was in was deleted and I did not get an error code 0 before saving. So I spent 4hrs in cas building a new sim to play the new pack Crystal Creations (which I haven't been able to enjoy yet) and after I was done in cas I placed my sim on a lot and went to save. I got an error code 0. I really wanted to play so I just told myself that I'll just explore the pack knowing I can't save any progress. I decorated her house and then had her go to the park to look for crystals and metals. After I sent her back home and her house was gone and replaced with the starter EA build that was initially on the lot so I turned off the game.&nbsp;I've been playing since 2000 and this game really used to bring peace now it's just stressful whenever I get the urge to play I sometimes fight that bc I know that it's just a waste of my time.&nbsp;I've uninstalled the main game and all packs and reinstall them hoping that will help and it doesn't.&nbsp;

This happened to me tonight I kept getting the error code 0. I did as suggested and cleared my cache I re opened the game after and a whole save slot was missing I had several families full live tied to that save slot and it’s all gone! Wtf is happening?! Can I get it back? Hours if not days worth of gameplay gone!&nbsp;

@MrsSilva2015 I’ve been having the same problem but didn’t link it to the photos until you said something about it I always takes photos for decoration and what not I’ve lost 3 save files in the last couple days I’m to the point where I don’t even want to plot anymore

I’m getting so frustrated with this game since the last update I can’t even play it anymore will I can but the game won’t save so what’s the point ever time I try’s to save error code 0 pops up and some how it deletes the whole save file I’m after loosing 3 save files because of this&nbsp;

@EA_Solaire I don’t have many save files and barely anything saved to the gallery so your steps don’t work for me unless you want me to delete like the 5 builds I have on my gallery and my 2 save files and start over from scratch I think it’s ridiculous I spent so much money on this game and I can’t even play it plus there isn’t a whole lot in my sims inventory
