Desert Luxe Kit re-redemption

Hey! So basically, i just had a big data wipe on my console. Everything got deleted. Luckily, all my DLC for the sims 4 was NOT deleted, it was saved on my PSN account. All of them EXCEPT the desert Luxe Kit. I do not know why. I got this kit for free before the Sims went free, so I  think that's why it didn't save? I do not know exactly the problem. Does anyone know how I can get it back? Because I am entitled to this kit, i did spend a good 30 Euros-ish (It was the Sims4 +Cats and Dogs bundle( for a game that became free.

If you're not seeing it in your transaction history, that means the kit has been redeemed to a different PSN account instead. As we don't have access to view your PlayStation account details or transaction information through Sony, you'll want to reach out to PlayStation support so they can help you locate which account this kit is tied with.

    Hi there @MeGotAll_

Have you checked that you're currently logging into the same PSN account that you had originally claimed this pack on? Please look over the transaction history for your PlayStation account to verify if you're logging in correctly- even though this pack was free, it will still show in your transaction history.

If you're not seeing Desert Luxe listed there, that means you'll need to locate the correct PSN account that you claimed this pack on- if you need further help locating that account, you can contact PlayStation support

@EA_Solaire I looked through my account transaction history, but i couldn't find it there. I checked through all 3 of my accounts, so I know it wasn't on another PSN account. If needed, I can provide proof that I got it before.

  • Hey! I've had the same problem a few weeks ago. My PS4 was undergoing some fixing and in the process, it caused a data wipe. I looked through my purchases and I got all my sims DLC back. Except the Desert Luxe kit. I redeemed the kit back in October, but I redeemed it through the Sims 4 homescreen, not the PS4 store. I have not been able to get it back yet. Is there any other possible solutions?

  • And here's a build I made before the Sims went free, to show that I redeemed it for free.

    Heya @BigCityBuilds

If this pack isn't showing in your purchase history on your console, you'll want to get in contact with PlayStation support, as we don't have access to your Sony transaction details. You can reach out to PlayStation support here so they can look over your account information and see what's happening with this pack.
