Anyone having issue trying to install the new pack university? I preorder it at first EA was having issues with the download but since it was finally fix to be able to download now it just finishes downloading but won’t show up in game, it just keeps saying “when finish downloading restart game to use world” but it was already downloaded and i restarted the game many times and keep re downloading it but nothing seems to work. Help or suggestions?
I was looking forward to Discover University since it was announced, so I preordered it on December 8th. I checked the confirmation email to make sure that I bought it, and sure enough, it was there. The only option I have is to add it to my cart and pay another $39.99 for a pack I should already own.
I pre-ordered the game on ps4 and I have the email that says it’s purchased and yet there is an error code with the server when I try to download it. I spent extra money to get it auto downloaded and this happens. I tried restarting my ps4 and turning it off. Turns out I shouldn’t have bought the game at all.
What happens now?

As everyone can see from the responses on Twitter and everything, the Sims University pre-order isn't working for those who pre-ordered. Both Sony and Microsoft have said that it's on the EA Server side for the problem. On PS4, we're getting the error code CE-37700-7. Has anyone figured out a way around this yet?
Having the same problem. And there isn't really a good way to contact ea either.
I pre-ordered the Sims 4 Discover University pack for ps4 and I can’t download it. I waited until the timer finished. I went to download it in my library And it gave me an error code saying the content wasn’t available anymore. I don’t know how to download the pack. I go to the ps4 store and it wants me to buy it again.
I preordered the university pack. Waited ten hours to be able to play this addons. It allowed me to download the theme but Not the pack itself.
I deactivated and reactivated Primary and Restored Licenses. Also tried to redownload from the browser store and not ps4 store. The same two errors keep popping up, refusing to restore licenses for this addons.
ERROR CODES: NP-39227-3 and CE-37700-7

I pre ordered the sims 4 discover university and now that it’s been released I don’t know how to download it? I went to the store and it only shows that I can buy. I can’t figure out what to do?
