Uhm. It's possible that they were game-shared. My partner used to buy me packs for birthday's and Christmas and whatnot.

I just checked and it appears the ones I can view now are the ones that I have purchased from my account since December last year.
So that means all the others must have been purchased via my partners account on this Xbox?
Why have the only just disappeared now? How do I get them back?

It turns out my ex has decided that he doesn't want me to have access to the games anymore so he's locked me out of the account.
I'll just have to go through the process of repurchasing all the packs again
