Enchanted by Nature DLC not showing as installed - issue fixed!

Sims 4 says DLC not installed

DLC on xbox storage shows as installed.

I'm having an issue where I can't play or use the items from the Enchanted by Nature pack. Despite having the DLC installed, Sims 4 says it isn't. I've reset and restarted my consoled, I've also uninstalled everything and reinstalled it twice. I've cleared my local cache and storage.

    Hi all,

    Enchanted by Nature has now fully launched and should be accessible to play.

    If you're still having any issues accessing the pack, please let me know.

    So everything was fine, & then I bought the new Enchanted EP… it says I own it. It also says that I need to download to use it. Yall, I have downloaded, uninstalled, and redownloaded so many times. I uninstalled EVERYTHING and reinstalled also. I am going to lose my mind. I am on Xbox Series S. I’ve never had this issue before.

    I bought the preoder. Maybe that's why? I thought it had released as I could download it

    Adamcorrigan351​  The expansion hasn't been released yet.  I don't know why it's showing as installed on your console, but it shouldn't be, and it's definitely not available overall.
