Error Code 0

Getting error code 0 on ps4 when trying to save on a new slot or overwrite the game. The issue became progressively worse as I first was not able to overwrite a save but could save on a new slot. Shortly after I could only save by doing save and go to manage worlds. Now Ive returned to my save to find all my sims’ photos are black! The photo issue also happened during the patch after the growing together patch. This effected both my last save and a save prior to that. Fix this issue or issue a refund.

    So sorry for the delayed reply here- are you still seeing this error when trying to save your game? This error typically means there is a corruption in the save files.

    If your save files have become corrupt, they'd need to be deleted from your console storage and cloud storage to clear up this error, and you'd want to start a brand new save file instead. To delete these save files from your console, you can run through the following steps-

    Delete from console:

    1. Go to Settings-> Application Saved Data Management
    2. Select System Storage-> Delete
    3. Select The Sims 4, then select your affected save files
    4. Select Delete and then select OK

    To delete your saves from the cloud storage:

    1. Go to Settings-> Application Saved Data Management
    2. Select Online Storage-> Delete
    3. Select The Sims 4, then select your affected save files
    4. Select Delete and then select OK
