Hi, I’ve pre ordered the new high school years expansion pack a couple of weeks ago, it’s already launched over an hour ago in uk but it won’t let me access it and is saying i need to download it, however when i open the playstation store it does not give me any option to download or to see the overview of the pack? so i’m just stuck not being able to use a pack which i’ve paid for. If anyone knows how to help me with this please respond! I’m on ps4

Hey there @alyssa2bryan,

Please try these steps to get your DLC installed:

  1. Quit the game if you have it running.
  2. Go to your Library.
  3. Choose Purchased.
  4. Select The Sims 4.
  5. Scroll down to Playstation Store and open My Add ons.
  6. Find High School Years in the list and start the download. 
  7. When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart your game.

If you still have issues downloading and accessing your DLC once you've tried this, please let me know!

    I tried this but it appears that it unavailable to download or re install. On the store and on my already purchased add one. I’m kinda stumped as what to do.

    @EA_Solaire I actually tried is this again and I took me awhile to find it but I found the already downloaded section. I kept going back to the store secretion. Thank you for your help and I was able to re download it
