[FIXED] Sims 4 Crashing on Launch (Xbox Series S)

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Xbox Series S Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1.76.4.230...

    Hey all,

    This issue should now be resolved with today's update - Patch 1.77 

    Some Simmers on the new generation of PlayStation and Xbox could find themselves in a loop where the game would shut down before reaching the Main Menu if the console wasn’t set to be offline first. This should no longer occur, and you can now launch The Sims 4 while remaining online.

    Please be sure your console's system software and game are fully updated.

Hey all, 

Trying to load onto Sims 4, as soon as I sign in and it loads, it gets to about 50% then crashes. I've tried everything from reinstalling to turning my Xbox off and on.

Any ideas please?

Same here I have been trying to play since the controls update and it still crashes.
