GAME BREAKING! Spouse siblings!?

Pretty much that. I'm on Xbox and my married Sims are somehow listed as siblings now and cannot interact romantically and the bar is just dropping. This is GAME BREAKING EA!! I literally can't with this game any more, pregnant looking children, spouse siblings?? WTF happened in the last update??? I am a victim of molestation and EA you are literally activating my PTSD. I'll just go sink my money on Inzoi on my PC instead since sibling spouses bug has been a thing on the sims for awhile it seems and EA has refused to fix it.
