Game freezes at welcome screen

I'm not able to play the game since yesterday, I'm playing with Cloud subscription with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. I have tried from my Samsung smart TV and PC with cloud, after i log in into my Xbox account screen freezes charging the game, it can stay like this for minutes and then game stop working.

Since I started playing it, I have had crashes that would unexpectedly end the game and force me to play from my last saved game, but this latest problem has made it completely unplayable.
