Game freezes on loading screen

I'm sorry if I'm making a mess on the forum, even though I've been playing sims 4 for many years, I'm a newbie here. I've always solved everything somehow or waited for fixes, but now my game is almost unplayable. I've already written a question here, but I don't really understand how to solve it. I got one answer that I should load to another thread, I did it and it is marked as solved and it is now locked for further answers. Please, do any of the creators follow this discussion or do the players just advise each other? Since the new business and hobbies deck, it's unplayable. I have almost all the packs and all the worlds.

1. I can't load any households or community lots anywhere outside of Nordheaven, the game freezes on loading (But there are exceptions! Willow Creak – park and library, Rawenwood cemetery and The Bluf....foot and more)
2. If I move one of my households to Nordheaven, I can play as it, but it won't load elsewhere, it will freeze.
3. If I want to get somewhere through the festival, again the same error, it freezes on loading (the exception is Familly day in Rawenwood)
4. In the last few days, saving is also bugged, I make a save and when I open it again, it is unchanged and not saved.

It's my favorite game, i have put in a lot of money and now I don't know what to do. Can you please advise me on a solution or maybe where to write the problem so that someone can deal with it? Thank you very much to everyone.
