Game keeps crashing on PlayStation 5

My game keeps crashing and going to the submit report thing on PlayStation 5. It's done if several times now. Yesterday it was not being able to click on items that were in the build/buy menu. This update has messed my game up and I don't know what to do. I can still load into things just fine and build stuff, but right in the middle of building it crashes.
