Gym Equipment, Spa, Book Case not clickable

Question

while playing the game, certain objects and options will not highlight, or sometimes they highlight but will not allow you to select them. Also, many households and other public places won't highlight or allow me to click on them. I can’t interact with the outside and have my Sim jog. Not sure what to do.&nbsp;

Nothing works still. Did a bunch of restarts, saved and re-saved the file, deleted game and re-downloaded.

i did start a new game and noticed that some things (like the mail box) were clickable.

@EA_Lanna No I just did it to test it. My old save game file is the one I want to use and it still doesn’t work.
