Hello sgxikhfaic8m, it's odd that it happened, and I'm afraid there isn't too much you can try on Xbox!
If you play with your console connected to the internet, I suggest closing the game and deleting the local saves of The Sims 4.
Then, the next time you play the game, it should prompt you to redownload the saves.
However, since you already played the game and closed it at least once, chances are your current "empty" saves already replaced the one saved on the Xbox Cloud.
If the save issues persist after doing this (where the game won't let you save anything), then I would recommend doing a full power cycle of the console: turning it off, then unplugging the power for 15 seconds, reconnecting the power, and turning it back on again.
If you can't save your games at all, try a factory reset, keeping games and apps. You may need to log back in with your Xbox Gamertag, but you won't lose anything!
