How do i get my packs back?
So i bought a playstation 4 some time ago. In the past i had a pc and on sims4 I bought a lot of packs and stuff. But now, everything i ever bought is gone. Like i only have basegame and i also tried to lock in with my old account but still no packs. I really want to get them back because it was over 400€ i payed for these ingame things. Does any of you know what to do? Or does this happen before?
Sadly you can't transfer what packs you had from pc to console or console to a different one (example; xbox one to playstation) I learned that the hard way too a year or so ago and still makes me annoyed.
