I just Got a new PlayStation and cannot transfer my packs

Hi, today I got a new PlayStation because my old one did not run correctly anymore, I have the disk version of Sims4 bundle with cats and dogs. I had transferred all of my data from my old PlayStatio...

I did that, it says they have not been bought. But if I click the options button on the controller and go down to information and installed addons, it says they are all bough just the ones listed above are locked. Do you have any idea how I can unlock them?
