Life and Death preorder bonus gone

I pre-ordered life and death, it's the only one I ever pre-ordered, and for a while now I've noticed that something from the bonuses kept disappearing from my game completely. It's the Family Portrait Frame you can have hanging up in your sims houses. It's completely gone from my game. So far it's the only thing I've seen go completely missing. The game crashed before I could save it this time yet it happens any other time I play in a save. I can't even find the item in build mode, their household inventory, the sims personal inventories or in the catalog.

The error message says; "Item Removed. One or more items may not be installed on your system or you do not own this content. One build mode item has been removed"

Edit to add: I've also just now learned that it's also the music box.
