Locked packs on ps4

I moved my ps4 from one house to another (temporarily) and all of my sims 4 add-ons are gone. I get the “data incomplete” pop up whenever I log in. I tried redownloading it all, and restoring licences, and it still doesn’t work. I’m connected to wifi and everything. I don’t understand how moving it from one house to another would do this.

I'd recommend you get in contact with PlayStation support here so they can review your transaction history and account details a bit further with you to see why your content is being blocked from a different network.

    Hi @hollywaug,

If you follow these steps, are all your expansions currently showing as installed?

    • Go to your Game Library
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here

Were your expansions all originally purchased to the account you're currently logging in with, or were you previously game-sharing? Please be sure to check the transaction history on your console to verify that you're logging into the same account that your content was all bought on.

All i did was move my playstation from my house to another. i made sure i was logged into everything that would hold the all of my DLC's. For some reason my DLC's were locked from being used when i got everything set up. I'm back home now and it all works but i really don't want this to be a problem when i move house permanently later this year. There is also only one account on my PS$ currently.
