Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? purchase get to work. try to open magnolia promenade. it is still locked.
What happens when the bug occurs? the game removes all existing get to work items despite the pack being purchased, and installed.
What do you expect to see? get to work content.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
i was just playing yesterday and it was fine. not sure if get to work was pulled from gamepass but even if it was, i have it purchased. very annoying.

Let's first check that Get to Work is fully installed to your console following these steps:
- Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
- Press the Menu button on the controller
- Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"
- You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
Please also verify that you've fully purchased the game on the account you're logging in with by checking the transaction history for your Microsoft account.
