magnolia promenade remains locked

    Hey there @NavarreMoon 

    Let's first check that Get to Work is fully installed to your console following these steps:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

    Please also verify that you've fully purchased the game on the account you're logging in with by checking the transaction history for your Microsoft account.

This just happened to me too.  I have all DLC but about 4 kits.  Woke up this morning and Magnolia Promenade is now locked and all Get to Work content is gone.  I purchased GTW on release on this account.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times now but it's made no difference.
