Missing Already Purchased Expansion Packs on Xbox 1
So I bought most of the packs around three years ago. They've been working fairly normally up until the black friday sale, when all of the packs on sale magically dissapeared from my account. I tried waiting just to see if it was a glitch regarding the sale but the packs still haven't been returned to me. when i look it up on microsoft store, it says I own it but also prompts me to buy it again. I'm newly missing Cottage Living, Snowy Escape, Eco Lifestyle, Get Famous, Get Together, and Get To Work. I use these packs pretty much constantly during gameplay and would definitely like them back. I spent a lot of money on this game and would really like those packs back.

If you go to Manage Game and Add-ons is it showing them in your list of packs with a check box next to them to reinstall? If not then you'll need to speak to Xbox Support as the content is purchased from Microsoft. On the attached link, use the Contact Us option to speak directly to them. They are usually really helpful.
