I'm having the exact same issue, when I had to re-install the sims 4 on my xbox because of the crashing, it said that im missing game data and that apparently I don't own the get to work expansion. I haven't been able to find a solution but I know that reinstalling the game doesn't work with this. I've tried to reinstall it at least five times on different occasions and the missing game data was still popping up.
