Missing items in CAS and Build Mode
I recently logged into my game and went to the My Sims page on Manage Worlds and a huge chunk of my sims have bald heads. Then I clicked to play a house and this message came up, as well as one about CAS. I thought it was a temporary glitch that would rectify itself so started playing my family. I tried to hire a butler but the option to do so has disappeared from the phone, even though I've owned the Vintage Living pack for quite a while and never had issues.
