Missing Items That I paid for
Hey I reported this a few times but no one ever got back to me. I am still missing items from my game that I paid for… the early purchase incentives. I can drop the receipts if you need.
I got high school years early and I had the speaker chair and light before but it disappeared from my game and never came back. I would like to have them if that’s okay cause I brought it early full price to get them, if it waited I could have got it on discount. So let me know if I can get them in my game please, thank you
I think it’s the same for that love struck bed, I dunno I’ll check it later, it’s mainly this speaker that I’m vex about cause it’s the only nice speaker in game.

Did you purchase your pack directly from the PS store on your console? Are you game-sharing? If you're currently game-sharing the pack, only the account that purchased the DLC would have access to this content- it wouldn't be shared across accounts.
