Moonwood Mill Has No Houses
I play on console (PS4) I have no mods I have no CC I just purchased the Wolf Pack and when I try to travel to Moonwood Mill the map loads but there are no houses on the map.

I tried that. I even re-installed the entire game and there are still no lots on the map. And I can't exit I have to close down the entire game and re-start.

I was able to resolve this by uninstalling all my game packs and re-loading everything but the For Rent Pack. Once I did that I was able to see the Oasis Springs Map. There had also been 2 Moonwoodmills (Werewolf Pack) world thumbnails. But once I did this the second thumbnail also disappeared. So it appears that the corrupt file is coming from the For Rent Pack.
