moschino stuff pack

When i try to take a photo of a single sim or multiple sims , my sim will just stand there staring i tried resetting him and closing app. Also with the Freelancer Career as a photographer it will say i didnt take pictures of sims but the photos will say its approved? I dont know i just need help.
